Vijay Lulla

Vijay Lulla is a seasoned professional in the food science industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Principal Scientist for Pet Food at Perdue Farms since September 2023, Vijay also holds the position of Director of R&D at Perdue Foods, where responsibilities include managing food service, innovation, private label, and excess meat utilization since November 2009. Prior roles include Sr. Director of R&D at Givaudan, specializing in taste and delivery technologies for savory systems, and R&D Manager at Pilgrim's Pride, overseeing food service and deli segments.
