David Lemelman

David Lemelman is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment banking and financial technology. Currently serving as Managing Director at Perella Weinberg since September 2025, David has previously held similar positions at Greenhill & Co. and Financial Technology Partners. Additional roles include Vice President at FT Partners, and various investment banking positions at Piper Jaffray and Sterne Agee. Notably, David co-founded Third Rail Mobility, contributing to all aspects of the business, from product conception to strategic leadership, and received multiple prestigious design awards. David began a career in investment banking at Citi, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy. David holds a degree from Emory University.
