Matt Rahmani

Matthew Rahmani, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in restructuring and capital structure advisory. Currently serving as Managing Director at Perella Weinberg since May 2016, Matthew has held various roles within the firm, including Executive Director, Director, and Associate, all focusing on restructuring and capital structure advisory. Prior to this, Matthew worked as Vice President at CIT Group from August 2012 to May 2016, specializing in leveraged finance and corporate credit investing. Matthew also gained valuable experience in M&A, valuation, and strategy consulting at Deloitte from November 2009 to August 2012, where participation in a prestigious firm-wide rotation program was achieved. Matthew's early career included an internship at Cedarview Capital Management in 2009. Matthew earned a BS with dual majors in Accounting and Finance from Yeshiva University from 2005 to 2009.
