Paulo C. Pereira

Mr. Pereira is a Partner in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business.

Mr. Pereira has more than 30 years of investment banking experience assisting companies on a wide range of strategic matters, and has advised on transactions totaling over $600 billion, including numerous M&A, privatization and capital raising transactions across various sectors and geographies.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners as a founding Partner at the time of the Firm’s inception, Mr. Pereira was at Morgan Stanley from 1987 to 2006, where he most recently served as a Managing Director and Head of European and Asian M&A, Chairman of European Media and Communications Investment Banking and as Investment Banking Conflict Management Officer for Europe.

Mr. Pereira earned an MBA from INSEAD and an Economics degree from Universidade Católica de Lisboa.
