Phil Friedman

Phil Friedman serves as the CEO of PWF Advisory since March 2013 and holds the position of Senior Advisor at Perella Weinberg Partners since July 2006, specializing in Mergers and Acquisition advice for global Aerospace, Defense, and Security companies. As a former Senior Advisor at Permanens Capital, Phil provided asset allocation guidance to endowment and family office clients from September 2013 to January 2021. Previously, as CIO and Senior PM at BKF Capital Management, Phil managed over $9 billion and led different fund strategies. Phil's tenure at Morgan Stanley Investment Management spanned more than a decade, where roles included Managing Director and Head of New York Active Equity. Phil's early career includes positions at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Arthur Anderson Consulting. Educational credentials include a BA in Economics from Rutgers University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
