Samantha Burton

Samantha Burton is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as the Head of Legal and Compliance Operations at Perella Weinberg Partners since October 2017, following progressive roles within the company. Prior experience includes over six years at Apache Corporation as a Land Admin Analyst II, where Samantha conducted research, analysis, and contract drafting, and served in various administrative roles. Additional experience includes roles at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, the International Federation of University Women, and the Society for the Performing Arts. Samantha holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado Denver, a Master’s in Public Administration from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and National Security Studies from Boston University.
