Rachel Profeta

Rachel Profeta, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of HR at Perelman Jewish Day School since January 2023. With a robust background in human resources and administration, Rachel previously held the position of Director of Administration at County House Research, Inc., where responsibilities included payroll management, relationship cultivation with external service providers, and operational support for the executive team. At Six Points Restaurant Group, Rachel directed HR operations for a start-up restaurant group, overseeing recruitment, benefits administration, and vendor management. Additional experience includes roles in program management and consulting with organizations such as American Jewish World Service and Habonim Dror North America. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies from Temple University and a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management from The New School for Public Engagement.
