Mark Kutter is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the energy and construction sectors. Currently serving in a project management capacity at Perennial Energy, LLC since October 2021, Mark previously held roles at the same company, including Project Manager and Director of Manufacturing, where responsibilities included implementing software and processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency for bio-gas engineered products. Prior to Perennial Energy, Mark was the Head of Design Build at Magic Memories, overseeing site improvements and managing a multidisciplinary team from inception to project closeout. Mark's career began as the Owner of RKL Construction Company, where operational oversight, financial management, and project execution were key responsibilities. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Missouri State University.
