Greyson Blake

Greyson Blake is currently working as a Development Associate at Perennial Properties since April 2021. Prior to this role, Greyson gained experience in real estate through internships at SRS Real Estate Partners and T. Dallas Smith & Company. Greyson's background also includes marketing and event coordination roles at Zimmerman Consulting Group LLC, Atlanta Sport and Social Club, and Top Golf. Greyson holds a Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University, along with certifications in Community Association Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate.
