Nilesh Bafna

Nilesh Bafna has been serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Perennial Systems since May 2007. Prior to this role, Nilesh worked as a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) at Persistent Systems from 2006 to 2007, where involvement included the development of the Oracle Directory Integration Platform. This initiative enabled users to create and deploy connectivity agents for synchronizing records with Oracle Internet Directory. Key contributions to the Oracle Directory Synchronization Service included scheduling synchronization profiles, mapping data between directories, ensuring data propagation, and managing error handling. For Oracle Directory Provisioning Integration Service, responsibilities encompassed scheduling provisioning profiles, providing event notifications for changes to user or group data, and overseeing error handling processes.
