Roy Coates

Roy Coates is an experienced executive in the mining and contract mining sectors, currently serving as Vice President Africa at Perenti since March 2022. Prior to this role, Roy held significant positions at Ausdrill from July 2015 to March 2022, including Chief Operating Officer and Executive General Manager. Additionally, Roy worked at SRG Global from 2006 to December 2014 as Executive General Manager for ROCK Australia and ROCK International. Roy Coates holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mining Engineering from the University of Exeter and an MBA from Curtin University.
