Ben Crisp

Ben Crisp is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and production roles. Currently serving as Divisional Manager at Perfect Bore Manufacturing Ltd since March 2024, Ben has previously held key positions at Progressive Technology Group as Head of Production Engineering and Project Engineer from December 2020 to February 2024. At Middlesex Aerospace, from July 2012 to December 2020, Ben advanced through various leadership roles, including Large Mill Turn Business Cell Leader and NC Section Business Cell Leader, focusing on lean improvements and team supervision. Initial experience includes a Mechanical Engineer role at Dstl and an apprenticeship at Qinetiq, supplemented by multiple qualifications in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering from Qinetiq Flight Engineering Services Training Centre.
