Barry Maher

COO & VP, Painting Division at Perfect Building Maintenance

Barry Maher was hired in March of 2016 to establish a painting subsidiary of PBM, LLC. He has over 35 years of experience in the New York City Construction, Restoration and Painting Industries. His role is to oversee all areas of sales, estimating, and operations. Noteworthy projects he has worked on over the years are the Ellis Island Windows in 1986, American Museum of Natural History Wood Window Restoration of 2006-2008, The Wood Window Restoration of Moynihan Station 2006, Guggenheim Museum Exterior Coating 2006 (All 3 Lucy Moses Awards), Carnegie Hall Restoration and Painting of 1987, 1998 and 2004 and one of his recent projects of which he’s proud–the Lyric Theatre paint and wall coverings.
