David Butler

David has over 30 years of restoration and maintenance expertise in maintaining building metal and stone facades and surfaces, both through working for major companies in this field and in his own business. His experience includes managing over 400 maintenance accounts and supervising and scheduling more than 100 craftspeople. Dave has worked on hundreds of major renovation and maintenance projects including the Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, New York Stock Exchange, Radio City Music Hall and a large portfolio of Trump properties.

As the Vice President of this division, David is involved in each project from inception to completion, overseeing the development and monitoring of the Master Schedule and Quality Audits.
