Steve Heeley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as an Industry Advisor at Perfect Company, Steve has focused on enhancing operational efficiency and profitability for restaurant operators since 2019. Previous leadership roles include Chief Operating Officer at Convive Brands, where Steve oversaw a portfolio of over 70 restaurants, and Chief Executive Officer at Pokéworks and Veggie Grill, Inc., successfully driving growth for both fast casual concepts. With a strong operational background, Steve has held key positions at Au Bon Pain, Collector's Coffee, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, and Baja Fresh, contributing to significant expansions and brand development throughout a career spanning more than two decades. Steve holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Madison University.
