Phillip Lovasik

Phillip Lovasik is a seasoned Senior Process Engineer at Perfect Day, with a wealth of experience in designing and scaling downstream processes for biologically-derived products. Prior to Perfect Day, Phillip held the role of Recovery Engineer II at Genencor, where significant contributions included the successful transfer of three products to manufacturing sites. Phillip began their career as a Fermentation Technician at Amyris Inc, focusing on bioreactor operations and data analysis, and gained additional experience as a Manufacturing Sciences and Technical Services Intern at Genentech, where critical process validation studies were conducted. Early experience includes research at the UC Davis Plant Bioprocess Lab, and Phillip earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
