Sunil Kumar Sukumaran

Sunil Kumar Sukumaran has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sunil Kumar started their career as a Research Associate at the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology in 2003 and worked there until 2009. Following that, they joined Anthem Biosciences Private Limited as the Head of Research and Development, where they served for a decade, focusing on creating and mentoring the R&D team. In 2019, Sukumaran joined Perfect Day as the Head of India Ops and Associate VP R&D, emphasizing simplicity and making strategic moves to bring positive change to the food industry. Sunil Kumar is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Perfect Day.

Sunil Kumar Sukumaran pursued their education starting in 1995, when they attended Anna University. Sunil Kumar obtained a Ph.D in Biotechnology from this institution, completing their studies in the year 2000. Afterward, they enrolled at the University of Southern California where they pursued post-doctoral training in Microbial Pathogenesis. This training period lasted from 2000 to 2003.
