Matt Arvin

Matt Arvin is an experienced safety manager and attorney with a diverse professional background. Currently serving as the Safety Manager at Barton Malow, Matt oversees safety operations at the Ultium battery plant in Spring Hill, TN, managing various construction activities and safety plans. Previously, roles included Field Safety Resource at General Motors, Site Safety Manager at Trade-Mark Industrial Inc., and EHS Advisor at Aecon Group Inc., where safety management and risk assessment was a primary focus. Additionally, Matt has contributed to Perfect Game USA as a scout and writer since 2011, providing insights into college and high school baseball. Matt holds a Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Classics from Valparaiso University.
