Małgorzata Pietrzak

Małgorzata Pietrzak has a long and varied career in finance and accounting. Małgorzata began in 2001 as an Accountant at Unicon Beton Sp. z o.o. In 2002, they took the role of Executive Manager at Olenati Sp. z o.o., a restaurant located in the National Theatre in Warsaw. In 2004, they moved to Manhattan Real Estate Management Sp. z o.o. as a Debt Collection Specialist, where they were responsible for controlling receivables and securities of 17 malls, negotiating payment plans with tenants, and reporting in both Polish and English to the management board. In 2006, they became the Head of Debt Collection Department at Atrium Poland Real Estate Management Sp. z o.o. From 2011-2012, they took a Parental Leave. In 2018, they joined Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as a Cash Collection Analyst, where they contacted clients regarding overdue accounts, collected past due items, participated in negotiations with customers, established and maintained positive relationships with customers, and responded to customer inquiries. Małgorzata also joined Perfect Gym Solutions S.A. in 2018 as a Debt Collection Manager.

Małgorzata Pietrzak completed their postgraduate studies at WSHiP im. Lazarskiego in 2012, where they earned a degree in Property Manager. Małgorzata then completed their master's degree at Radom Polytechnic in 2007, in the field of Managing of Social Processes. Małgorzata's bachelor's degree was earned at The Warsaw School of Social and Economics Studies in 2005, in the field of Managing and Human Recourses.
