Małgorzata Zielaskiewicz began their career in 2009 at Cinema City Poland, where they held roles such as Food and Beverage Manager, Food and Beverage Coordinator, Deputy Manager and Deputy Manager. In 2019, they joined Perfect Gym Solutions S.A. as a Project Manager, Junior Project Manager and Bussiness Consultant.

Małgorzata Zielaskiewicz obtained their Magister (Mgr) degree in Bibliotekoznawstwo i Informacja naukowa from Nicolaus Copernicus University between 2003 and 2010. In March 2021, they obtained a PRINCE2® 6th Edition Foundation in Project Management certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Additionally, they obtained an Agile Project Management - podstawy, teoria i praktyka certification from Udemy: Online Courses in May 2022.
