Matt Czerniga

Matt Czerniga has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and organizations.

Starting in 2022, they are currently serving as a Software Implementation Project Manager at Perfect Gym Solutions S.A. In this role, they act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the company and the customer. Matt is responsible for the overall success and efficiency of the software implementation process, providing project management services such as project planning, resource planning, and budgeting.

In 2023, Matt will begin serving as the Chairman of the Foundation Council at VITEM Foundation.

From 2018 to 2022, they worked at MaY. as the Vice President on strategic partnerships.

Between 2018 and 2021, Matt served as an Expert on the shrinking space in civil society at the Youth Department of the Council of Europe. In this role, they participated in and coordinated various meetings, workshops, and study-visits. Matt also gave speeches, comments, and presentations on the role of youth organizations in the shrinking space in civil society phenomenon.

From 2011 to 2020, they held several roles at the Polish Council of Youth Organizations, including President, Vice President, Member of the Board, Coordinator of the working group, and Member of the Working Group.

Matt also worked as an Expert on the Youth Councils at the Local Government Units at Kancelaria Prezesa Rady Ministrów from 2015 to 2019.

Other positions Matt has held include Expert on the city strategy for youth at Urząd Miejski w Starachowicach in 2017, Expert on the EU Structured Dialogue at the European Youth Forum from 2016 to 2017, and Assistant of the project coordinator at Fundacja Civis Polonus and Urząd M. St. Warszawa in 2015 and 2015-2016, respectively.

Matt Czerniga attended the University of Warsaw from 2012 to 2015, where they studied International Relations and Affairs. Matt did not obtain a degree during this time. In 2022, they obtained an EF SET English Certificate 73/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET).
