Paula Osorio

Paula Osorio is an experienced professional with a diverse background in regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Alpine Ski Patroller at Perfect North Slopes since August 2011, Paula patrols ski slopes and provides first aid to injured guests, while also instructing new candidates in Outdoor Emergency Care. In the regulatory and quality sectors, Paula has held significant roles, including Director of Regulatory Compliance Assessments at Johnson & Johnson and previous positions as Director of Quality at Integra Life Sciences and Director of Global Quality at Zimmer Biomet, where responsibilities included overseeing quality management at multiple sites. Early career experiences include roles as a QA Specialist at Pall Life Sciences and QA Tech at Analytab Products, contributing to regulatory filings and audits. Paula holds an M.B.A. in International Business from Adelphi University and a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
