Joel Shapira

Joel Shapira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and growth initiatives. Currently serving at Vital Neuro as a leader in strategic growth for AI-driven audio technology, Joel also co-founded BeyondAge to foster collaboration in developing tech-enabled services for older adults. In addition to roles at the American Society on Aging and AgeTech Chicago, Joel leads community initiatives through the Perfect Pair nonprofit and advises multiple organizations including Wowzitude and ActiveAging.ai. With a background in communications and leadership from Northwestern University and DePaul University, Joel is dedicated to enhancing the experience of older adults through innovative solutions and partnerships.
