Paul Mamros, CPA, MBA has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Paul has held several positions since 1993, beginning with a Financial Analyst role at Nestle Beverage. In 1997, they became the Director of Accounting at Verizon Business (MCI), where they played a key role in the company's bankruptcy filing and financial statement restatements. In 2006, Paul moved to Sanford-Brown College as Regional Controller/Vice President of Finance. In 2017, they became the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Zippy Shell Incorporated. In 2018, Paul moved to Zippy Shell, LLC as Chief Financial Officer, where they were responsible for all finance and accounting aspects of the fast-growing, private equity backed moving and storage company. Paul was also responsible for all financial due diligence that led to the acquisition of 1-800-Pack-Rat. In 2019, Paul became the Chief Financial Officer at Perfecta.
Paul Mamros, CPA, MBA, obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the Virginia Board of Accountancy in November 2014. Paul then obtained their MBA from San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business between 1990 and 1993. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Economics from Penn State University between 1984 and 1988. Finally, they attended the University of Virginia for Accounting between 2011 and 2014.
