Jessica Cazenavette

Jessica Cazenavette currently serves as the Director of Business Operations at Perfected Claims since October 2023. Previously, Jessica worked at Epiq for nearly a decade, holding multiple leadership roles including Director of Operations, where strategic roadmaps were developed to enhance organizational growth and support for senior managers in various operational functions. As a Senior Operations Manager, Jessica established an operational excellence team that improved standards and processes within the Mass Tort Department, generating significant monthly revenue. Additional experience includes positions as Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Medical Review Associate at Epiq, along with serving as an OPPE/FPPE Credentialing Specialist at Orlando Health. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Health Informatics and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Central Florida.
