Andrew Redman has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Andrew currently serves as a Board Member at Fresh Produce Safety Centre Australia & New Zealand since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Technical Officer at Perfection Fresh Australia starting from September 2018.
From 2016 to 2018, Andrew held the position of R&D and Quality Director at Danone Murray Goulburn. Andrew was responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, driving product development and innovation, as well as transforming the quality function to improve cost efficiency and quality culture.

Prior to General Mills, Andrew gained experience at Mars as a New Technology Manager and Product Development Manager, and at Campbell Arnotts as a Quality Systems CoOrdinator.
Andrew'searliest work experience dates back to 1992, where they worked as a Research Engineer at the Cooperative Research Centre for Industrial Plant Biopolymers.
Andrew Redman has studied at Deakin University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Additionally, they also attended Swinburne University of Technology, although no specific degree or field of study was provided for this institution.
