Allana Miller

Allana Miller has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Allana started their career as a Legal Recruiter and Employment Consultant at Law/JOBS from 2001 to 2004, where they recruited candidates, provided career counseling, and established client relationships.

From 2005 to 2007, Allana worked as a Patent Paralegal at Fenster & Co. Intellectual Property, where they reviewed and edited patent applications, prepared documents for patent offices and clients, and conducted research on patent application laws and procedures.

Next, they joined Innodata Isogen in 2008 as a Legal Team Member and Team Leader. In this role, they acted as a client liaison, researched employment and contract cases, and drafted case summaries for an online legal database. Allana also supervised the work quality and productivity of team members.

In 2011, Allana worked as a Technical Writing Intern at Ceragon Networks, where they wrote and developed technical documentation. Allana also reorganized and streamlined existing documentation and collaborated with subject matter experts to gather relevant information.

In 2012, Allana joined RSA as a Technical Writer. Their responsibilities included authoring documentation for an identity verification product, using FrameMaker and XMetal, and actively participating in GUI development.

Finally, from 2013 to the present, they worked at Perfecto Mobile. Initially, as a Technical Writer, they created content until January 2016. Later, they transitioned to a role as a Technical Support Engineer, where their duties are ongoing.

Allana Miller completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Tufts University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Subsequently, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from The George Washington University Law School, completing their studies from 1996 to 1999.
