Andrey Prodanov has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrey started their career in 2004 as a Technical Support Engineer at WebSitePulse.com, where they later became the Customer Support Manager, overseeing the support team and handling escalated customer queries. In 2008, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Technical Solutions Consultant, providing support for HP Quality Center (now referred to as ALM) and collaborating with the R&D team on product defects and enhancements. Andrey later took on the role of Technical Solutions Consultant III, handling escalated cases and providing on-site consultancy for the EMEA region. In 2015, Andrey became the Global Support Product Manager, responsible for building successful relationships between the support and R&D organizations. Andrey also served as a Supervisor in the HPE (Microfocus) Partner management team, focusing on daily administrative tasks, spot checks, reporting, and improving collaboration between teams. In 2018, they joined Perfecto as a TAC Engineer.

Andrey Prodanov completed their graduate education at PMG Nikola Obreshkov from 1993 to 1998, focusing on mathematics. Andrey then pursued a bachelor's degree at Sofia University, Faculty of Physics from 1999 to 2004, specializing in Engineering Physics – Quantum Electronics and Laser Technologies.
