Ivaylo Tsvyatkov

Ivaylo Tsvyatkov has an extensive work experience in the technology industry. Ivaylo began their career at Dailycont as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided software and hardware support, deployed and troubleshooted printing and scanning solutions, and had direct customer interaction. After working at Dailycont for three years, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Technical Solutions Consultant IV. In this role, they utilized advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues, developed new ideas and methods, and conducted in-depth evaluations of multiple factors. Ivaylo then moved to Micro Focus as a Technical Solutions Consultant IV, where they continued to apply their expertise to solve complex problems and contribute to the development of new ideas and methods. Currently, they are working at Perfecto as a Technical Support Engineer L3, showcasing their technical proficiency and providing advanced support.

Ivaylo Tsvyatkov obtained their Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia, where they studied from 2005 to 2010.
