Ashley Effa, CSPO, CSM

Ashley Effa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ashley started their career at Newbury Park Athletic Club in 2008 as a Front Desk Manager, where they excelled at customer service and management. In 2012, they transitioned to Recooperation Physical Therapy, where they served as a Front Desk Coordinator and Physical Therapy Aide, showcasing their organizational and multitasking skills.

In 2015, Ashley joined Cydcor, initially working as an Event Planner and subsequently being promoted to the role of Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator. In this position, they played a crucial role in project management, including creating scrum schedules, resource allocation charts, and compiling project updates. Ashley Effa, CSPO, CSM has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from UCLA, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Moorpark College from 2008 to 2011, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Ashley has also obtained several certifications, including a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they achieved in December 2018. Ashley has also completed Professional Wedding Planning and Ultimate Event Planning courses from Courses For Success. Additionally, Ashley has received training in Risk Management from the Cooperative of American Physicians, Inc.
