Elizabeth Rene is a seasoned Talent Development and DEI Consultant with extensive experience in promoting equity and inclusion within organizations. Currently serving at Perfeqta, Elizabeth focuses on transforming company cultures to enhance talent retention and advancement. As the CEO and Founder of Lizz Rene Consulting & Planning, LLC, Elizabeth provides social impact and DEI support for various organizations, while also founding the PO' UP! Card Game, which celebrates Black college experiences. Previous roles include DEI Learning & Development Program Manager at Google and Interim Director of DEI Strategy at DC Public Schools, demonstrating a consistent commitment to equity in education. Elizabeth holds multiple degrees from the University of Georgia in International Affairs and Public Relations.
