Aline Mello Zanotto

Aline Mello Zanotto is an experienced professional in demand planning and business development, currently serving as the Global Demand Planning Manager at Perfetti Van Melle since June 2010. In this role, Aline oversees the deployment of the Arkieva Tool and ensures adherence to best practices across the organization. Previously, Aline held positions including Supply Chain Planning and S&OP Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring sales plans, analyzing KPIs, and ensuring production and purchasing align with S&OP and budget needs. Aline also has experience as Head of Sales and Business Development at SIB Group and as a Foreign Trader at Atlântica Foods, contributing to marketing, contract establishment, and customer service in international markets. Aline holds an MBA in Production and Quality Management from FGV and an MBA in Administrative Strategy from FCG Business School.
