Fabio Vercesi

Fabio Vercesi is a Research Technologist specializing in R&D Packaging at Perfetti Van Melle since March 2021, focusing on food safety and sustainability projects. Previously, Fabio completed an internship as a Food Technologist at STUDIO TECNICO APPIANI SRL from October 2018 to January 2020, working on plant design for parboiled rice and other precooked cereals and legumes. In 2018, Fabio was a finalist in the International Student Baked Product Competition organized by AACC International, developing a nutritious product that earned two awards. Fabio also gained experience as a Food Technologist intern at SUNCAN S.P.A. in June 2017. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Università degli Studi di Milano and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
