Giovanna del Viscio

Giovanna Del Viscio currently serves as the Value Engineering Senior Manager for Global Group R&D at Perfetti Van Melle since October 2019. Prior to this role, Giovanna held several key positions at GUM BASE Co., including Process & Technology Director and Development & QC Director, where responsibilities included overseeing R&D and production for compressed chewing gums as nutritional products. Giovanna began with GUM BASE Co. as R&D Manager, focusing on developing chewing gums for both confectionery and pharmaceutical applications, and earlier served as Quality Assurance Manager, obtaining HACCP and BRC certifications. Giovanna's career in R&D and quality assurance began after earning a degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Milan.
