Jaya Singh

Jaya Singh is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Associate Head of Talent Management and Capability Development at Perfetti Van Melle since July 2022. Singh has a strong background in performance management, global mobility, and campus engagement, previously holding the role of Senior Manager for Performance, Rewards, and Campus Engagement. Jaya was also selected for the Young Leader Program at Perfetti Van Melle India and is a member of the Y.Com 4.0 initiative. Prior to joining Perfetti Van Melle, Singh worked as a Senior Consultant at Mercer India specializing in compensation and benefits and global mobility, and held an Assistant Manager position at Vistara - TATA SIA Airlines Ltd focusing on HR transformation and compensation. Jaya began the career as an Analyst at Mercer, contributing to various compensation and benefits initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Human Resource Management from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University.
