Krishan Motha

Krishan Motha serves as the Channel Development Manager at Perfetti Van Melle since September 2023, focusing on channel sales strategy and process simplification. Previously, Krishan held the position of Area Sales & Channel Development Manager at Fonterra from January 2018 to August 2023, overseeing sales and marketing for the branded products in Northern Province, Sri Lanka. Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager at Lanka Biofertilizers, Area Sales Manager at AgStar PLC and Lankem Ceylon PLC, and various positions at BASF, where significant achievements in sales improvement were noted. Krishan initiated a career as a Field Executive at Hayleys Group and completed a student internship at BAT. Krishan holds a Master of Science in Strategic Marketing from Cardiff Metropolitan University, an MBA in Services Marketing and a B.Sc. Hons in Agriculture with a specialization in Biotechnology from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka.
