Mauro Marini

Mauro Marini is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Group R&D Hard Candy & Lollipop Manager at Perfetti Van Melle since June 2012, where previous roles included Group R&D Project Manager Candy and R&D Product and Process Technologist. Prior to this, Mauro held positions at CSM in the UHT and Frozen Department from April 2009 to May 2012 and completed a trainee program at Granarolo in 2006. Mauro holds a Master in Talent Executive Program in Business Administration and Management from SDA Bocconi (2021-2023) and a degree in Scienze e Tecnologie Alimentari from Università degli Studi di Milano (2003-2008), along with a high school diploma in Scientific Studies from Liceo Scientifico (1998-2003).
