Nalan Ozgur has an extensive background in marketing, holding various roles in different companies. Nalan started as an ABM and Brand Manager at Evyap in 1998, moving up to Senior Brand Manager and eventually Trade Marketing Manager. Nalan then transitioned to Sutas as a Category Manager from 2003 to 2005. Nalan continued their career at Cadburys Schweppes PLC, holding roles such as Category Manager and Pocket Candy Marketing Manager & Media Manager. Nalan later worked at Cadbury UK as a Gifting & Offering Marketing Manager & Media Manager, followed by roles at Kraft Foods and Pinar Sut. Currently, they serve as the Marketing Director at Perfetti Van Melle.

Nalan Ozgur completed their Management Engineering degree with a focus on marketing at Istanbul Technical University in 1996. Nalan then pursued an MBA at Boğaziçi University from 1996 to 1998, with a majority in Marketing. In 2002, they attended Georgetown University McDonough School of Business to further their studies in Leadership.
