Nidhi Arora

Nidhi Arora is a seasoned operations and IT professional with extensive experience in service management and regional operations. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Ops Consultant at Perfetti Van Melle since October 2025, Nidhi focuses on comprehensive operations support. Previously, Nidhi held roles as Service Lead at ThoughtSol Infotech Pvt. Ltd., Tangent, and Future Focus, where responsibilities included managing purchase orders, goods receipt notes, and vendor management within SAP frameworks. Nidhi's career started as an IT Helpdesk member, progressing through various positions in IT service management. Nidhi holds an MBA in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University and a B.Com. degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
