Samuele Marri

Samuele Marri is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in managing HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Perfetti Van Melle since November 2016, Samuele played a crucial role in integrating new confectionary brands and establishing a legal entity for managing operations in Denmark, France, Switzerland, and Poland. Prior to this, Samuele held various HR leadership positions, including HR Director Italy and HR Industrial Senior Manager at Perfetti Van Melle, and HR Manager at Piaggio Group, managing workforce analytics, recruitment, and labor relations. Samuele's career began as an HR Assistant in multiple companies, supported by a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a Laurea in Psychology from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
