Sandy Schneider

Sandy Schneider has over 29 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Sandy began their career at Northlich Stolley LaWarre in 1992 as an Associate Human Resources Manager, where they supported various HR functions. In 1999, they joined Perfetti Van Melle as a Human Resources Strategic Partner and steadily progressed to roles such as Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Director, and eventually Vice President of Human Resources. Their responsibilities included overseeing HR planning, employee relations, staffing, benefits administration, policy development, payroll processing, and financial forecasting.

Sandy Schneider holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University. Sandy also obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2021.
