Sara Nashed

Sara Nashed is a seasoned professional in product and process development, currently serving as the Sr. Project Innovation Manager at Perfetti Van Melle since October 2023. Prior experience includes over thirteen years at Mondelēz International, where Sara advanced from Associate Scientist to Senior Scientist, focusing on the global innovation of gum and candy as well as North American biscuit product development. Sara holds a Master of Business and Science in Food Science from Rutgers University, obtained in 2014, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rutgers University - Newark, completed in 2008.
