Shridhar Kulkarni

Shridhar Kulkarni has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and operations sector. Starting as a Senior Engineer at Oswal Petrochemicals, they later moved to Borosil Glass Works Ltd. as Chief Manager. Eventually, they joined PepsiCo, where they held multiple positions, including Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, General Manager for various facilities, and culminating as the Senior Director overseeing Logistics, Distribution, and Transportation for the India Region. Shridhar'sachievements include implementing transformational strategies, promoting Lean culture, improving productivity, and ensuring environmental sustainability across regions. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Perfetti Van Melle.

Shridhar Kulkarni holds an Engineer's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, a Master's Degree in Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), and completed the Senior Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Shridhar also obtained certifications in NEBOSH IGC and Advanced EMS Auditor ISO 14001.
