Elena Aragon is a seasoned Lead UX/UI Designer with extensive experience across multiple high-profile projects and companies, currently leading the redesign of the Meta Careers site at Perficient since May 2022. Prior roles include redesigning user experiences for major clients such as Trane, Blackline, WhatsApp, QuidelOrtho, General Motors Financial, and Boost Mobile. Elena has demonstrated expertise in information architecture, user experience, and visual design, while effectively collaborating with clients and development teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Elena's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Colgate University and additional design training at Bloc.
