Felipe Garzón C

Felipe Garzón C is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people development, entrepreneurship, and education. As the People Development Lead at Perficient Latin America since March 2021 and a mentor for Meta's Community Accelerator Program, Felipe actively contributes to talent growth. Additionally, Felipe serves as Co-Director of the Medellín Chapter of Startup Grind and has played a vital role in organizing Startup Weekend events, fostering the startup ecosystem in Medellín. Prior to these roles, Felipe was a City Coordinator at Acámica and a Product Owner at Cadena S.A. Felipe holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics Engineering from Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia, as well as a UX/UI Designer certification from Acámica.
