Johnathon Rademacher

Johnathon Rademacher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Salesforce consulting and technology leadership. Currently serving as Principal for the Salesforce practice at Perficient since May 2019, Johnathon ensures quality in all Salesforce engagements while evolving scrum-based delivery methodologies. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at Sundog from July 2004 to May 2019, Johnathon led the Salesforce Consulting practice and fostered client relationships. At Carlson Companies, Inc. from June 1999 to July 2004, Johnathon held the position of Senior Systems Analyst, overseeing technical solutions for various systems, including Oracle Financials and PeopleSoft HR. Johnathon also has a background in systems analysis from a contract position at the University of North Dakota. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Management from the University of North Dakota, complemented by certifications in Six Sigma, ITIL, and Oracle Development.
