Dr. Sepideh Schönfeld, MBA

Dr. Sepideh Schönfeld, MBA has an extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Dr. Sepideh started their career in 2000 as an Executive Assistant at SE-Consulting GmbH. In 2005, they took on a role as a Tutor & Research assistant at RWTH Aachen University. In 2010, they became a Medical Doctor/ Principal Investigator at University Hospital Hamburg Eppendorf. In 2011, they returned to SE-Consulting GmbH as the Head Of Marketing & Sales. In 2014, they worked as an MBA Summer Intern Marketing & Sales at Facebook. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Microsoft in various roles such as Partner Development Manager Healthcare - Global Partner Solutions, Business Development Manager and Partner Business Evangelist in Healthcare, and Account Executive - Healthcare and Public Sector. Currently, they are the Vice President Commercial at Perfood, leading and growing the marketing and sales team, optimizing sales operations & marketing strategy, and developing strategic partnerships.

Dr. Sepideh Schönfeld, MBA has a diverse education history. Dr. Sepideh obtained their MD and Licence to Practice Medicine from RWTH Aachen University from 2002 to 2009. In 2005, they completed a Summer Intern Nephrology at the University of Minnesota Medical School. From 2012 to 2013, they obtained a Certificate in Business Administration and Business Management from Open University Hagen. Dr. Sepideh then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from London Business School from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Dr. Schönfeld has obtained several certifications, including Agile Leadership for Organization and Agile Leadership for Teams from Scrum Alliance in April 2022, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in December 2021, Story Impact: Learning to Connect and Compel from Microsoft - Lange International in March 2019, COUP Movement Module 1-4 from COUP - Commandments of Outstanding Presentations in February 2019, Microsoft Global Challenger from Microsoft in November 2017, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in May 2015, Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in September 2014, and Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft.
