Christian Mathiesen

Christian Mathiesen is the CTO and co-founder of Perform. Prior to Perform, Christian was a software engineering manager at LinkedIn, where they led a team of 20+ engineers focused on building LinkedIn's Skills-First products. Christian also founded the original Skills-based hiring engineering team (Assessments) and scaled their team from 2 engineers to 23 in less than 2 years. Prior to LinkedIn, Christian worked as a software engineer at Canal Digital and as a coder for various companies including Denmark’s most popular file sharing service and an Ed Tech startup. Christian also has experience as a student software developer and kitchen staff member at McDonald's.

Christian Mathiesen has a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Brown University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet.
