Angela Rinebold

Angela Rinebold, RPA, serves as the Vice President of Property Operations at Perform Properties, a role assumed in January 2024. With extensive experience in property management, Angela has held significant positions at EQ Office from July 2003 to January 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the operational and financial success of over 4 million square feet of office space in Southern California and managing due diligence for acquisition and disposition projects. Prior to EQ Office, Angela worked at Equity Office Properties from June 1996 to July 2003, and at Morlin Asset Management, LP from August 1993 to May 1996. Angela holds a BA in English from Pomona College, obtained in 1993.
