Kirsten Ekdahl Hull

Kirsten Ekdahl Hull is an accomplished executive in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management at Perform Properties since May 2025. Prior to this role, Kirsten spent several years at EQ Office (now Perform Properties) from April 2017 to September 2025, holding various senior leadership positions, including SVP of Development & Construction and Senior Vice President, Market Lead, where responsibilities included project management and budget development for significant projects such as the redevelopment of Willis Tower. Previous experience includes serving as Portfolio Manager for the University of Chicago's commercial real estate portfolio at McCaffery Interests and as Development Director at Joseph Freed and Associates, where Kirsten led the redevelopment of the Sullivan Center.
